WSI Europe is expanding its sales team and looking for a Sales Director Europe to drive growth across strategic markets.
We deliver specialised welding overlay and maintenance projects for refineries, power plants and industrial clients across EMEA.

- Develop sales strategy across Europe.
- Build relationships with key clients (refineries, EPC contractors).
- Manage pipeline and forecasts (CRM/ERP).
- Lead regional sales managers.
- Support technical proposals with Engineering & Field teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Work closely with Field Execution and Welding Managers
- Experience in technical B2B sales in heavy industry.
- (welding, maintenance, EPC, oil & gas, power, WTE)
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally within industrial or field services sectors (min. 5 years).
- Strong background in project management, financial analysis, and cost optimization.
- Effective leadership, team development, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong network in European industrial sector.
- Ability to understand technical scopes.
- Experience with international projects.
- Fluent English (min. C1), knowledge of other language will be of advantage.
- Nice to have: IWE / engineering background.
