JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting experience - from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and growing a strong talent pipeline!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide sourcing and recruiting support to various business units.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring.
  • Develop innovative ways to source candidates to produce sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Facilitate the screening and selection process between candidates and hiring teams which Includes internal training as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed communications with managers, candidates, and stakeholders to stay apprised of status and general coordination, negotiating and closing offers, and process improvements.
  • Proactive tracking of progress and all recruiting activities in our applicant tracking system.
  • Analyze staffing trends and results for continuous improvement of our strategies and process.
  • Fulfillment of assigned recruiting responsibilities with a high sense of urgency and thorough execution of established processes.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • BA/BS, Associates degree, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years recruiting/talent acquisition experience, specifically in a manufacturing or industrial environment. 
  • Intermediate level of knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Strong ATS systems user with an Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite of applications
  • Preferred to have some HR knowledge to include benefits, compensation, and performance management.
  • Willingness to recruit for various functions: Production, Engineering, IT, Operations, Human Resources, etc.
