We are looking for a Master Electrician or Journeyman to join our team and play a key role in electrical installations, ensuring high-quality work that meets customer specifications and NEC standards. We offer both day and night shifts.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Vocational/technical degree in electricity or equivalent experience.
Master or Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
Experience with commercial and industrial equipment, MCCs, substation switchgear, and variable frequency drives.
Skills & Certifications
Proficiency with basic hand tools, measuring devices, and blueprint reading.
Ability to understand and perform electrical circuit connections.
Strong communication skills with the ability to train and mentor others.
Physical & Attendance Requirements
Regular attendance is required, including availability for overtime as needed.
Ability to spend more than 2/3 of the time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, reaching, and using hands.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Install and test electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and equipment.
Install wireways, conduits, and cable trays to adhere to NEC code and customer specifications.
Perform simple utility wire connections and understand electrical circuits.
Read blueprints and perform conduit threading.
Maintain and ensure tools are in good working condition.
Train and mentor employees on your shift.
Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe environment.
Prevent workplace injuries by following safety protocols and attending safety meetings.
