As a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift, you’ll oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, supporting your team, and helping us deliver top-tier products that power critical infrastructure across the country. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this position is based in Fulton, Missouri. This role operates Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 2:30am.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to set priorities, coach a team, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Customer Focus: Ability to meet internal goals and customer expectations while driving quality and efficiency on the production floor.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer and business needs; resolve issues impacting workflow.
- Set priorities and assign tasks; review work for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement efforts within the production department.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
