JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality control standards across all activities, procedures, inspections, and documentation. This position is ideal for someone passionate about quality and continuous improvement, who can effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure consistent excellence in our products and services.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Associate degree in a technical field; OR 5-7 years of similar experience within Quality, required.
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification, preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a quality-related field with educational background and experience in managing calibrations, NCRs, corrective actions, and internal audits.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards, regulatory compliance, and the development of quality plans and procedures.
Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to quality, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Develop and maintain a documented quality assurance program.
Review contracts and designs to ensure quality requirements are included.
Act as a liaison for quality-related issues with clients and suppliers.
Conduct training on internal quality procedures and perform on-site and off-site quality surveillance.
Review engineering drawings to confirm compliance with quality standards.
Identify and resolve quality issues, including evaluating reportability.
Manage project timelines, adapt to evolving work environments, and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
