As a Test Technician - 1st shift, you are responsible for setting up, preparing, and performing high-voltage electrical and leak tests of components and assemblies.
WHAT WE OFFER
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
HS diploma or GED required.
Some technical schooling preferred.
1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assembles test fixtures and performs preliminary tests of completed shipping assemblies following standard procedures and/or special non-standard instructions.
Conducts High high-voltage electrical Tests of completed shipping assemblies under standard procedures and/or special non-standard instructions.
Conducts routine mechanical and configuration inspection of final assemblies at testing, following work instructions and as specified by drawings; Checks Quality Assurance records pertinent to the work.
Maintains log and records of all tests done.
Prepares tested final assemblies for shipping, including installing shipping covers and filling assemblies with nitrogen.
Pay: $16.00/Hr.-$18.00/Hr.
