Quality Control Technician

In this role, you’ll support our quality team by performing inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products. Your work will help uphold our commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using engineering drawings

  • Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and final products

  • Identify defects in paint, wiring, housings, and lenses

  • Use tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges to verify specifications

  • Record and report inspection results accurately

  • Tag and report non-conforming items to the QC Analyst

  • Perform electrical phasing tests and complete electrical test reports

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Perform calibration checks on tools and equipment

  • Submit timely and organized reports

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 1+ years in a manufacturing or assembly setting preferred; quality control experience is a plus

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required

  • Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, gauges, hi-pot testers, etc.)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Bilingual – English/Spanish required

Work Environment:

This is a hands-on, on-site role with time spent in both the manufacturing and warehouse areas, as well as a temperature-controlled office. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment. The role requires standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 25–30 lbs. PPE and safety compliance are a must.
