Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about quality? Join our team as a Quality Control Technician, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. In this role, you’ll support our quality team by performing inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products. Your work will help uphold our commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to our customers.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using engineering drawings
Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and final products
Identify defects in paint, wiring, housings, and lenses
Use tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges to verify specifications
Record and report inspection results accurately
Tag and report non-conforming items to the QC Analyst
Perform electrical phasing tests and complete electrical test reports
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform calibration checks on tools and equipment
Submit timely and organized reports
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Experience: 1+ years in a manufacturing or assembly setting preferred; quality control experience is a plus
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, gauges, hi-pot testers, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Bilingual – English/Spanish required
This is a hands-on, on-site role with time spent in both the manufacturing and warehouse areas, as well as a temperature-controlled office. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment. The role requires standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 25–30 lbs. PPE and safety compliance are a must.
