- Supervision of the subordinate warehouse team and organization of their tasks
- Monitoring the quality and timeliness of achieving set goals
- Developing the skills of the managed team to maintain the operational efficiency of the warehouse
- Initiating and implementing initiatives in the field of optimization of warehouse processes
- Ensuring correct documentation of goods turnover in the warehouse
- Supervision over maintaining good technical condition of the entrusted property
- Responsibility for maintaining occupational health and safety rules and compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
- Very good knowledge of English that allows everyday communication (must have)
- Higher education (preferably in the area of Logistics)
- Experience in a similar position in the industrial sector (min. 5 years)
- Ability to manage the work of a subordinate team and delegate
- Experience in working with an WMS or ERP systems
- Meticulousness in preparing and working with documentation
- Very good use of MS Office (especially Excel)
- At least basic knowledge in planning warehouse resources
- Warehouse, Monday to Friday in Radom, Poland.
- 6500-7500 PLN gross per month
