JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking skilled Production Workers to join our Washdown and Paint department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping in our paint/powder and washdown area, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and strong craftsmanship.
Pay range for this role is based on experience: $18-20/hr.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Prior experience in surface preparation is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Operate a pressure washer to clean and prep parts in the paint/powder and wash down area.
Assist in the paint and powder coat process as needed.
Learn proper techniques for powder coating and spray painting.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety procedures.
Inspect parts for quality before and after finishing.
Follow verbal and written instructions for work assignments.
