CNC Programmer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Punch Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dr. Abe CNC Punch Programming and be proficient in AutoCAD, with a preference for those familiar with Amada Punch machines. As a CNC Punch Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and optimizing CNC punching machines to produce high-quality products while ensuring efficiency, precision, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create CNC punch programs using Dr. Abe software while maximizing sheet utilization.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize workflows.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Proven experience with Dr. Abe CNC Punch Programming.
- Preferred experience with Amada Punch machines.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience working with Amanda Punch machines.
- Familiarity with additional CNC programming languages or CAD/CAM software.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
