JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our innovative team! In this role, you’ll design and develop power distribution systems and electrical components for industrial, commercial, and domestic applications. From creating detailed schematics to programming PLCs, you’ll play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to meet our customers’ needs.
This is a full-time, onsite position at our Switchgear Systems facility in Oshkosh, WI, with a schedule from Monday through Friday.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology (EET).
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and PLC systems is strongly preferred. Experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to ensure accuracy and precision in designs and specifications.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with engineers, project managers, and customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, develop, and improve electrical power distribution systems, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.
- Create technical drawings, schematics, and layouts using tools like AutoCAD Electrical.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC systems for efficient operation and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss and implement innovative solutions for customer projects.
- Prepare documentation, material specifications, and bills of materials, ensuring timely and accurate project completion.
