JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating daily production activities for our fabrication team to maximize productivity and minimize costs while maintaining quality. This is an overnight position the hours are 8 pm - 6:30 am.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- HS diploma or GED required. More than 1 year of experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment a plus.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Monitors operations for efficiency and safety; ensures all regulatory requirements are met.
- Creates production schedules to meet internal goals, as well as the expectations of customers.
- Collaborates with production staff and upper management to solve work-related problems.
- Resolves personnel problems, complaints, and formal grievances when possible, or refers them to higher levels of management for resolution.
- Prepares and maintains employee records such as attendance and hours worked.
- Assists team with completing work duties and/or performs more difficult skilled tasks.
- Create or maintain records and reports.
- Attend, schedule, and/or conduct safety meetings as needed.
