JOB SUMMARY We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and HR reporting. In this role, you’ll serve as a key resource to both employees and management, ensuring HR policies and programs run efficiently and align with company goals and values.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
1–2 years of relevant HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Solid understanding of employment laws (e.g., ADA, FMLA) and EHS practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Organize and support employee engagement and recognition events.
Help administer the performance management process.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Complete new hire orientation and onboarding.
Phone screen job applicants and setup interviews for hourly production workers.
Assist with HR annual training.
Collaborate and support Enterprise on policies and procedures.
Support HR reporting (KPIs, headcount data, etc.) and display metrics on business boards.
Perform additional HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
Complete front desk duties by answering phone calls and greeting customers.
