JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and HR reporting. In this role, you’ll serve as a key resource to both employees and management, ensuring HR policies and programs run efficiently and align with company goals and values.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Solid understanding of employment laws (e.g., ADA, FMLA) and EHS practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines



WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Organize and support employee engagement and recognition events.
  • Help administer the performance management process.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Complete new hire orientation and onboarding.
  • Phone screen job applicants and setup interviews for hourly production workers.
  • Assist with HR annual training.
  • Collaborate and support Enterprise on policies and procedures.
  • Support HR reporting (KPIs, headcount data, etc.) and display metrics on business boards.
  • Perform additional HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Complete front desk duties by answering phone calls and greeting customers.
