- Sourcing of new suppliers.
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
- Obtaining pricing and availability of goods for project calculation.
- Strong cooperation with internal Production and Maintenance Departments.
- Providing operation support and documentation support for Management based on the internal procedures.
- University education (technical degree)
- Experience gained in a similar position in dynamic environment (3 years),
- Very good knowledge of English that allows everyday communication (must have)
- Proficient in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience in work with ERP software (like Oracle/SAP)
- Ability to cope with complexity & uncertainty and proven adaptability
- Ability to identify critical/risky points in the process and suggest solutions,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independent
- Office-based, Monday to Friday in Radom, Poland.
- 8000-9000 PLN gross per month
