Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics and Field Service Coordinator to facilitate shipments as well as the installation of products in the field. This role will work closely with internal departments, including Accounting, Customer Service, Field Services, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Project Management, to ensure timely and complete shipment of all sales orders by scheduled ship dates.

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s degree in business, Logistics, or Planning Management preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related business field is a plus.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a shipping or receiving environment within a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suits.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability using logical and creative techniques.


What You’ll Do:
  • Enter data into weekly shipment schedules using the MES system.
  • Input LTL information, obtain LTL rate quotes, and create bills of lading for outbound shipments.
  • Supply labels for all LTL shipments.
  • Maintain and solicit carrier rates for shipments on the weekly schedule.
  • Schedule carriers for daily shipment pickups.
  • Handle inquiries regarding shipment tracking, materials delivery, and related concerns.
  • Compile information and generate reports as needed.
  • Prepare paperwork for importing and exporting shipments.
  • Coordinate with customer service to research and resolve shipping issues.
  • Arrange field service installations, including unloading and rental of necessary equipment.
  • Dispatch technicians to the field for warranty-related issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Navision preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and individuals.
